Monthly Run with Atlanta Tri Club and Team Podium
Join us each month for a supported long-run from Podium Multisport. Distances include loops of 5-18 miles. Our next run is March 26th at 10:00 am.
Monthly Gaps Ride with all3sports
Join us the last Sunday of every month for a supported Gaps Ride led by our all3sports store. This ride is open to anyone but please make sure you have an adequate fitness level to complete the climbs. You can find the latest updates on our next ride on the all3sports Facebook page.

Our Training Partner – Energy Lab Atlanta
Energy Lab is a training hub for athletes of all types – from weekend warriors trying to get in shape, to elite athletes at the highest levels in triathlon, cycling, and running. Our primary service offerings include power based cycling classes, one on one coaching, and swim lessons and clinics.

Rookie 2 Race
Rookie 2 Race is a small group training experience led by one of our certified coaches. Targeted towards beginners, our rookies train for 16 weeks for the program’s target race. Our next group starts in March and is targeting the Chattanooga Waterfront International and Sprint races in June!
Whether you’re a true beginner or a long-time cyclist, you can benefit from our power based training classes. Our studio is equipped with Cycleops Phantoms and Computrainers. We use the power of Perfpro to make each class dynamic, metrics focused, and fun. All are welcome. Come learn, train, and perform with us today!
