We’ve been in this business for a long time so we are confident we can help answer any question you may have.

How long? In 2002 Matt Cole started working for all3sports.com, the leading triathlon retailer in the U.S. as the Manager and head bike fitter. After working at all3 for 6 years and graduating from the Robinson School of Business at Georgia State University, Matt founded Podium Multisport, in Druid Hills in 2010.

Podium is a full-service triathlon store that focuses on fit first. A concept that Matt developed at all3 as their manager and brought as the focus for Podium. Fit First focuses on getting the customer on the right bike to meet their goals by first taking the customer through an extensive bike fitting process.

In 2016 almost exactly 14 years later Matt had the opportunity to acquire all3sports.com and combine the two best multisport names in the business. Today Podium and all3sports are the leading multisport retailer East of the Mississippi and South of the Canadian Border. A franchise store located just North in Charlotte, North Carolina.

  • Allen Richardson
    Allen Richardson Mechanic

I have been riding bikes for most of my life. My love for cycling started at age 6. At age 11, I started racing bmx for my neighborhood shop ‘ The Pedaler’ . After that, I played around with mountain biking, downhill, cyclocross, and road biking. I’ve worked at the San Francisco GP as a volunteer just so that I could get a better look at the bikes. I helped open Zoom Multisport in San Francisco back in 2003 which was one of the first tri shops in the area at that time.

I scored a great job with Look Cycle USA in 2004. I came in as inside sale, warranty, and marketing.  I learned about carbon layup, aerodynamics, etc. I fell in love with the design aspect of bike frames soon after. I worked at The Tour Of California, Sea Otter Classic, Several cyclocross races for 4 years, representing teams such as Tibco, Garmin Test Team, Rock Racing, Webcor, and Credit Agricole. I was also a spokesman for Look Cycling USA product line at Interbike during that time. I’ve had the opportunity to meet, talk to and just hang out with some of the most influential people in the cycling industry over the years. Today I still enjoy riding and building beautiful custom bikes for my customers and work for a great company that supports me in all aspects. I have a great team of people around me. We all have cycling in our blood and that will never change. I love the way it makes me feel and its a great stress relief in a world that can be crazy sometimes. Let’s all just ride our bikes.
